Structure Planning
The Structure Planning process often follows on from Master Planning and represents a more detailed implementation of the design and visioning exercise and its translation into a policy framework which provides statutory guidance for the planning and development process to follow. Masterplan has been involved in a range of Structure Planning exercises at both the District and Local level including the Mundijong/Whitby District Structure Plan, “The Reef” Local Structure Plan at Two Rocks, the “Alkimos Beach” Local Structure Plan and the Joondalup South Business Park Structure Plan.
