1000 lot residential  which has received initial Local Structure Planning approval and with the first stage of subdivision completed. The next stage of structure planning and subdivision is currently being implemented.

Boddington Townsite Expansion

Structure Planning for a 900 lot project offering a combination of residential, special residential and rural residential dwelling options to cater for the significant population increase in Boddington arising from the development of the Boddington Gold Mine. Rezoning and Structure Plan approvals are anticipated by the end of 2007 with the first stage of subdivision to follow shortly after.

Alkimos Beach, Alkimos

2800 lot residential project in a prime coastal location in Perth's northern corridor. Featuring an exciting mixed use coastal village, and a wide variety of housing with unsurpassed ocean views. The development will include a variety of employment and business opportunities. District Structure planning approvals are anticipated shortly with Local Structure Planning to be finalised soon after. The first stage of subdivision is anticipated by the end of 2008.

Ravens Wood

A major new urban area south of Perth between Mandurah and Pinjarra with the potential to eventually accommodate 30,000 people has been recognised in the proposed Local Planning Strategy for the area. Master planning is currently being completed concurrent with strategic planning underway at a state government level.

Coolangatta Industrial Estate

Major 500 hectare industrial proposal including a new power station necessitating major amendments to the Local Authority Planning Scheme and detailed environmental review and assessment, comprehensive structure planning and detailed development guidelines. Development approval has also been secured for the Blue Waters 1 and 2 Power station modules.
