The Reef at Two Rocks

The Reef is a Master Planned residential estate located on the beach at Two Rocks north of Perth which will ultimately be developed with approaching 900 homes. It has been designed to reflect as much as possible the original landform of the site while maximising visual connections to the nearby Indian Ocean. A wide variety of residential product is provided accommodating all household types while all homes will be close to parks that have been designed with urban water management principles to the fore. Structure Planning is in place and subdivision is proceeding with approaching 50 homes now developed. Services involved: Structure Planning, Urban/Subdivision Design and Statutory Planning.
