Quartz Special Rural Estate

The Quartz Special Rural Estate south of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of north Western Australia involved many design challenges, in particular related to drainage, creek preservation and appropriate climatic design. These design challenges have necessitated extensive liaison with a variety of Government agencies and the local authority to achieve solutions to all stakeholders including the local indigenous community.
