Mundijong Whitby District Structure Plan

Masterplan are the principle planners for the Mundijong/Whitby District Structure Plan and worked closely with the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale overseeing an extensive project team in the preparation of the District Structure Plan. The plan outlines the vision, principles, requirements and processes to guide development of the Mundijong/Whitby new town comprising an area over 1000 hectares in size which is to be developed over the next 30 years and which will ultimately accommodate a population approaching 40,000 persons.
