Lucky Mixed Use Development Mandurah

The Lucky Caravan Park site in Mandurah is being redeveloped into a major landmark mixed use facility at the northern entrance to the Mandurah City Centre. The project will include a twelve storey luxury residential apartment tower, resort hotel and four level commercial wing including retail, recreational, office and conference facilities. Masterplan provided town planning services involving extensive negotiations with the City of Mandurah to evolve the final design and secure development approval. The process included preparation of a Detailed Area Plan to enable the preferred development to proceed. Services provided: Statutory Planning, Advocacy and Urban Design.
