Joondalup Southern Business District Structure Plan

Prepared for a site of approximately 34 hectares the Joondalup Southern Business District Structure Plan establishes the framework for development of a major new business park on the southern entry to the Joondalup City Centre. The Structure Plan provides for the development of a range of commercial and service industrial activities and incorporates measures to achieve a cohesive and attractive built form that will provide an attractive entry statement to the City while still providing for efficient business operations. Guidelines have been built into the Structure plan to support sustainable design approaches including materials to be used and energy saving approaches.
