Crawley Village Outline Development Plan

The Crawley Village area is an eclectic blend of residential and commercial uses located adjacent to the University of Western Australia campus in Crawley which has suffered from a lack of a coordinated vision for its long term development. The Outline Development Plan was prepared to provide that vision and guidance for the continuing evolvement of the area. This challenging project had to bring together competing land uses and competing interests in a manner that would enable the location to fulfil its potential and provide an energetic buffer area between the university activity and nearby residential areas. Services involved: Structure Planning and Urban Design.
