Alkimos Beach Local Structure Plan

Masterplan undertook preparation of a Local Structure Plan for Alkimos Beach, a 2800 lot residential project in a prime coastal location in Perth's northern corridor. The plan featured an exciting mixed use coastal village, a wide variety of housing product and innovative design responses to the landform and to maximise sustainable design responses.
